Chefs at The Surin are incredibly passionate about what they do, and it shows in each and every dish available on our menus. We take advantage of the plentiful local ingredients that Phuket offers, and it is not unlikely to spot one of our chefs in the market sourcing the freshest fish, juicy tropical fruits or crisp vegetables. The care we put into our cuisine shows, and guests are sure to savor the delicious culinary creations from our varied menus while staying with us.

Here at The Surin, we believe dining should not only be delicious, but also fun. We are known to curate special culinary events to further enhance the hotel’s dining options, such as a magical Romantic Beach Dinner, a mouthwatering Thai Buffet and a scrumptious meat and seafood Beach BBQ. Beach Restaurant

Perched upon the white sands of Pansea Beach, the Beach Restaurant is the perfect place for guests to mingle with sunset happy hours and welcoming smiles from the staffs throughout the day.

Guests will also be able to experience the authentic flavours of the region from this tranquil Thai Restaurant. The restaurant will serve vibrant dishes in a convivial sharing style, prepared by the resort’s talented Thai Chef, Khun Roj.

The Beach Restaurant will be temporarily relocated to the Lomtalay Restaurant from August 11th to September 30th, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance.

Sunset Restaurant

Overlooking the pool with great ocean views, the Sunset Restaurant features a varied menu of delicious choices which are available throughout the day. Enjoy a leisurely lunch of sumptuous cuisine.

Open from 12:00 to 23:00 hrs.

The Sunset Restaurant will undergo essential maintenance from June 10th to June 20th, 2025, and will be temporarily closed. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner from the all-day dining menu at the Lomtalay Restaurant or Poolside (weather permitting). Authentic Thai cuisine will also be available for lunch and dinner at The Beach Restaurant during this time.

Poolside Dining

Dine poolside with great ocean views. Choose a light meal or snack from an inspired menu of delectable favorites, offered for both lunch and dinner. Grab a bite to eat as you laze by the pool, or enjoy dinner as the sun sets across Pansea Beach.

Lomtalay Restaurant

An iconic dining space within the resort that features sweeping views of the Andaman Sea, Lomtalay Restaurant is a charming open air dining space. An extensive breakfast buffet which includes freshly baked breads & pastries, a wonderful assortment of deli meats and cheeses, an egg station, fresh fruits & vegetables as well as a complimentary section of a la carte options. Breakfast is served with a sea breeze each morning at Lomtalay Restaurant.

Open from 06:30 to 10:30 hrs.

Beach Bar

Pansea beach’s soft sands provide the perfect backdrop for the Beach Bar, a place where guests can unwind and socialize.

Indulge in our delicious cocktails, served with genuine smiles all day long.

Open from 09:00 to 24:00 hrs.

Romantic Beach Dinner

Add a touch of magic to your holiday and experience a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach with your special one. Sample an exclusive culinary journey featuring the finest ingredients with your choice of International or Thai cuisine.
